1. Services Offered

FeedbackRobot provides AI-powered reputation management and customer feedback tools, including automated review responses, reputation monitoring, survey collection, and testimonial widgets.

2. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

FeedbackRobot uses large language models. AI may produce inaccurate information. You must review and approve any AI-generated response before it’s sent to a customer. FeedbackRobot disclaims liability for errors in AI-generated content.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The service connects to Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Facebook, and Instagram. You must comply with those platforms’ terms and authorize FeedbackRobot’s account access.

4. White-Labeling

Agency and Enterprise customers can customize branding but may not claim FeedbackRobot’s proprietary technology as their own.

5. Billing

Subscriptions bill in advance with automatic renewal. FeedbackRobot has a no-refunds policy for partial months.

6. Data Rights

You retain ownership of your customer data. FeedbackRobot receives a license to process that data to provide the service and improve our AI models.

7. Prohibited Uses

No spam, reverse-engineering, or generating illegal content.

8. Liability Limits

FeedbackRobot’s liability is capped at amounts paid in the prior six months and excludes indirect damages.

9. Termination

FeedbackRobot may suspend access immediately for breaches of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
