  • AI input data: any text, customer feedback, or survey responses you upload or receive through the platform, which our AI processes to generate AI Resolutions or summaries.
  • Usage and technical data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and interaction data collected via cookies and similar technologies.

  • Service delivery: to monitor reviews, generate AI-driven responses, and automate feedback surveys.
  • AI improvement: to refine our machine learning models and improve accuracy (data used for this is typically aggregated and de-identified).
